Returns

  1. Eligibility: Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  2. Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:
    • E-liquids that have been opened.
    • Disposable vapes.
    • Clearance or final sale items.
  3. Process:

    • Our team will guide you through the return process.

Refunds

  1. Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  3. Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email support@thevapedon.com with proof of the defect.
